We want you to be happy with your purchases! As such, we strive to obtain the best possible products with documentation (when available) as to quality and condition. In the event a product is not available, your money will gladly be refunded or you will be offered another comparable item.
Your purchase through Net-Deals signifies your acceptance of the below terms and conditions:
Net-Deals offers no guarantee, expressed or implied, as to the marketability or merchantability of the products offered for sale on this site. All brands are registered trademarks of their respective holders, and are in no way affiliated with Net-Deals.net.
If we state items are brand-new, we guarantee that they are brand-new.
If you need to return an item due to our error, you must contact us immediately. Any items we allow you to return must contain all original packaging and enclosures and must not have been altered or used in any way. Items with Certified Appraisals must include the appraisals when you return the item.
POLICIES ON CREDIT-CARD FRAUD:
Intend to use someone else's credit card without their knowledge?Intend to use your own credit card with the intent to use it to purchase products or services from Net-Deals, and later claim that you never heard of Net-Deals or you did not read the Terms and Conditions? Please think again: You agree that you will not chargeback any amounts previously charged to your credit card by us. If you chargeback a credit card charge for a payment initiated by you, you agree that we may recover the amount of the chargeback, as well as the chargeback fee by any means we deem necessary. Anyone who orders a product then attempts to do a chargeback ceases to be a customer of Net-Deals.net or the Net-Deals wholesale site. We recognize that most of our customers are honorable people. However, for the small few that try to "get around the system" and attempt to engage in various forms of credit card fraud (including "true-knowledge fraud"), be advised that Net-Deals will prosecute (we only have 3 lawyers and two legal assistants in the family--you'll have your hands full, I assure you).
